Eligible Activity Private Hospitals and Healthcare Institutions, Investors in Healthcare Projects, and Daycare Centres offering Alternative Medical Treatments.
Eligible Components
  • Development of 10-bed and 50-bed Hospitals and Daycare Centers for Ayurvedic, Naturopathy, and Homeopathy Treatments.
  • Must avail a Term Loan to access this Interest Subsidy.
Applicable Benefits
  • Interest Subsidy in Descending Order: 100% in Year 1, Reducing to 20% by Year 5.
  • Financial Relief: Save on Interest Payments over the 5-year term.
