The Maharashtra Industries, Investment & Services Policy 2025 (MIISP 2025) provides fiscal, financial, and infrastructure incentives to manufacturing and service sector enterprises. It targets ₹70.5 lakh crore in total investment and approximately 50 lakh direct jobs.
What is MIISP 2025?
MIISP 2025 is the Government of Maharashtra's flagship industrial policy offering MSMEs up to 100% subsidy on Fixed Capital Investment based on their location zone. It integrates manufacturing and services as equal pillars of economic growth for the first time.
Who is eligible for MIISP 2025?
MSMEs (Micro: up to ₹2.5 Cr, Small: ₹2.5–25 Cr, Medium: ₹25–125 Cr), Large Scale Industries (FCI above ₹125 Cr), Special LSI, Mega and Ultra-Mega projects in eligible manufacturing and service sectors with valid Udyam Registration and statutory approvals.
How much subsidy can an MSME receive under MIISP 2025?
Manufacturing MSMEs can receive 30% to 100% of Fixed Capital Investment as an incentive basket, depending on the zone. Group A offers 30%, while Aspirational Districts (Dharashiv, Gadchiroli, Washim, Nandurbar) offer up to 100%.
