The Maharashtra Industries, Investment and Services Policy 2025 (MIISP-2025) is the flagship industrial policy of the Government of Maharashtra, notified on 31 December 2025.
It provides fiscal, financial, and infrastructure incentives to manufacturing and service sector enterprises, integrating both sectors into a unified framework for the first time. The policy is valid for five years (31 December 2025 to 30 December 2030) and aims to position Maharashtra as India's first trillion-dollar state by 2030.
It targets ₹70.5 lakh crore (US$850 billion) in investments and approximately 50 lakh direct jobs across manufacturing and services.

- Rental Lease Subsidy: Up to 50% or ₹1 Cr (D, D+); ₹10 Cr (C); ₹20 Cr (A & B). First 20 units per district within 5 years.
